On 9/28/2007 Abington Police arrested Catherine Mary Robson, Catherine
White Robson, Christina White Robson, and Jeannie Gordon Davis (refer to
Intelligence Bulletin 07-46 attached).  The Ford Truck they were operating
was seized but our District Attorney's Office declined to confiscate it.

On10/22/2007 the tow bill was paid and it was picked up by BillieJean
Robson, dob 10/5/1985, Indiana OLN 0460692819.  She had with her a notarized
authorization from the owner, Justin Kade Hinderliter, as well as a copy of his
Texas driver's license.

On 11/2/2007 BillieJean S. Robson and Alexander R. Paterson returned to Abington
PD for the purpose of establishing residence for Catherine Mary Robson, one of
the four original arrestees.  Apparently all four females are still in custody and a bail bondsman refused to post bond unless Abington PD agreed that their permanent residence
was correct.  BillieJean and Paterson had several envelopes addressed to
"Catherine M. Robson, 33 Nugent Loop, Smyrna DE 19977-2213".  Naturally
we declined to agree that this was their proven permanent residence and the
poor girls remain incarcerated.

Alexander R. Patterson was driving a black Ford Truck with a Florida "Support Law Enforcement" tag on it, "PCH9D".  It is listed to Alexander R. Patterson at 130 Granada Blvd., Davenport, FL 33837-7606, with a dob of 1/14/1967.

Copies of BillieJean's license, Alexander Patterson's license, and Justin Kade
Hinderliter's license are attached.

Requesting help identifying unknown subjects who took US Treasury checks stolen from a US Government office in Fairfax, cashed them in a liquor store in Prince George's County Maryland, used the identities off the checks to create forged personal bank checks, which they then used to buy Lowe's gift cards from the store in Manassas. The identities taken off the Treasury checks were Enrique Bucher, Ian Davidson, and Tom Tidwell. Any help is greatly appreciated.
